Update regarding COVID-19: We have made several changes to our delivery services to protect the health and safety of our customers and co-workers.

  • In-Home Deliveries

Multi Furniture and Appliances have outsourced all deliveries to independent service providers to perform Home Deliveries and by selecting the Home Delivery option at check-out, you agree to have your purchase and delivery information including your address and contact information transmitted to the respective delivery company.

  • When will I receive my delivery?

At checkout you will receive an estimated date of delivery. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries. The estimated delivery period will be between 10-15 business days. Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including, packaging, transmitted time to the delivery provider and transmitted time to the delivery address. Due to COVID-19 rules and regulations the delivery times may be delayed. Delivery time period may differ according to peak trading times (e.g. Birthday Sale). If delays occur, every effort will be made to notify the consumer accordingly.

When the purchased items are scheduled for delivery, you will be notified via an Email. Deliveries will be made between the hours of 9:00am and 17:00pm on the specified delivery day. The delivery company will call you prior to the scheduled delivery and will provide you with an approximate time frame for delivery. The delivery company will make every effort to deliver within the time frame provided.

  • Who needs to sign for my delivery?

Our Home Delivery is temporarily changed to implement social distancing and enforce safety measures to protect the consumer. This will impact your home deliveries in two ways.   Firstly, for your safety and the safety of our drivers, deliveries will no longer be made inside the delivery location except for the following products: 1) Queen and King Beds; 2) Queen and King Mattresses; 3) Kitchen Appliances;

4) Sofa Frames; and 5) Wardrobes.  You or your representative, that is 18 years of age or older, must be present to receive the merchandise at the agreed upon day and time frame. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order neither Multi Furniture and Appliances nor the delivery company will be held responsible if you decide to hire a third-party contractor to accept and receive the items without the notations of visible defects of packaging, damaged items, or missing merchandise.

  • What am I (What is the consumer) responsible for upon delivery?

Inspect your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of any damage, missing or incorrect packages. If there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please contact us, indicate the problem, and follow the necessary steps for any other issue regarding your order, please refer to our Return Policy.  

  • Can I make changes to the delivery address after I place my order?

Once your online order is placed, the consumer will be able to make amendments to the delivery address however the changes to the delivery address must be within 3 business days. Orders placed online begin processing immediately in our system to ensure order fulfilment and ensure estimated delivery times/dates are adhered to. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Event of incorrect delivery address 

In the event of Multi Furniture and Appliances being given an incorrect delivery address or no one is present to receive the item(s) on delivery, the item(s) will be returned to our warehouses and the consumer will be contacted to schedule another delivery date. Please note that you will be charged for the re-delivery as we are charged by courier companies for each delivery.

  • Exchanges

In the case of an exchange, additional costs may apply to the buyer.

  1. Product Pick-up at a Multi Furniture and Appliances Store

2.1 Click & Collect Policy


To use Click & Collect, add products to your shopping list and then select your nearest Multi Furniture and Appliances store. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Your order must be picked up no later than 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise notified. If the store does not have stock of the item(s), please allow 5 – 10 business days for the stock to be sent to the store. 

You must have your order number and proof of identity when you pick-up your order. 

It is important that you pick up your purchase on the selected pick-up date. We are unable to reserve stock for more than 5 days from date of invoice. If you do not pick up your order within this time period, your sale will be cancelled, and your purchase will be refunded.

Please consider the size of your vehicle, as your order may be larger and heavier than expected due to packaging. 

  1. Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your Multi Furniture and Appliances product, you can return new and unused items (items must be in original packaging) 7 days after receipt from Multi-Furniture and Appliances, refunds are subject to 7 days payment to consumer after inspections have been completed. We would like to make your customer experience as enjoyable as possible. We are confident in the quality of our products and many items are covered by warranties.

3.1 How to request a return.

Contact our agents via a call or an email and provide them with an order number. You must have your receipt and valid government issued ID in order to return or exchange your product.

3.2. Returns

Should Multi Furniture and Appliances supply the incorrect product or the product is damaged the buyer will be offered an exchange for a new product, provided the incorrect/damaged product is in its original packaging with accessories. All refunds will be made using the same transactional method as the payment method used by consumer, 7 days after receipt of product by Multi-Furniture and Appliances. Infrequently, we may have to cancel an online order, if for example, products ordered unexpectedly becomes unavailable for shipment. MFA is not responsible for the customer choosing the incorrect item. Re-delivery charges will apply in the event an incorrect item is returned and the correct item must be delivered.   

  1. Defective Goods

If goods purchased are not of a good quality, not in working order or does not comply with any applicable standards set under the standards

(ACT NO. 29 OF 1993), then the goods will be returned to Multi Furniture and Appliances. In the above event, Multi Furniture and Appliances will repair, replace or refund you the price for the goods.

You will lose the right to claim if the defect is caused by misuse to the goods.

    5. Pricing 

All Prices on this website are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you with the most accurate and updated information occasionally, one or more items on our website may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to technological, Photographic or human error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers. MFAOnline shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at incorrect prices.
